FPT Food Processing Technologies’ priority is always customer satisfaction. Installations are executed by our experienced technical staff. Following installation, operator training is given to the workers and technical training is given to technical staff for maintenance of the machines. FPT offers a service agreement where periodic service visits are made according to the customers requirements.
In case of emergency, our technical staff will first try to assist you online. If the problem can not be solved remotely, our technical staff will be programmed for a service visit. Spare parts are shipped within 24hrs depending on stock conditions.
